The aim of the programme is for the employees to develop specific soft skills through their contact with theatre art, culminating in a performance in June – at the end of the process – in a theatre in Athens. This celebration highlights the acquisition of new soft skills and their application.
It is a 360° approach to employee development that ranges from developing soft skills to enhancing team cohesion and providing a creative outlet for stress relief.
