We create an exclusive space (Room 2grow) on the Slolutions2Grow platform, in which we put the courses you have chosen.

How many courses can I choose?

You can choose from one to as many courses as you wish.

Who has access to my Room 2grow?

Only you and those you wish to have a password have access. No one can even see the list of courses you have selected.

What is included in the annual subscription?

The license to use the Platform.
The licence to use the courses.
The creation of a profile/access for each trainee.

How do I give access to an employee?

You send us by email:

The details of the person who will have access (name, email, user name)
The group you belong to if you wish
The courses you give him/her access to
The duration of access

What happens if an employee leaves?

If an employee leaves, they do not lose their access, but it is transferred to a new employee.

Do I need to sign a Contract?

Yes, of course we sign a Contract with all the costs and usage details, which also states that you have obtained consent for the personal data you give us and which we have your permission to use only for the purposes of your Room 2grow.

How long will it take before I can give employees access?

It will take approximately 1 to 3 business days once we have received all the materials, depending on the number of users and the number of courses.
